Making sales knowledge useful for larger companies.
Kickscale is an Austrian B2B SaaS company that turns customer conversations into actionable insights for sales teams. Following a funding round, the small founding team wanted to attract more mid-sized and larger companies in German-speaking markets. They needed a website that would build trust in the business.
The company had moved on. The website was still its first version.
Markus Jenul had built the first website himself in Wix. It had served its purpose at the start. But as Kickscale began targeting larger customers, the website needed to show how far the company had come.
The content needed to change too. A sales leader who wants to improve their team has different priorities from an account executive who wants to spend less time on admin. The website had to make the value clear to both.
Then there was the migration: which pages should move to the new website? And which content no longer reflected the company?
SaaS experience that was visible before the first conversation.
Markus discovered path digital while looking for an agency. Our case studies with similar companies gave him confidence that we understood his audience and their buying decisions.
He also wanted to coordinate copywriting, design and development through a single point of contact. This let Kickscale work with a specialist team without having to manage each discipline separately.
From the existing website to a clearer buying decision.
Five steps from the self-built website to the Webflow launch in August 2025.
Established the starting point.
Together with Kickscale, we reviewed the site structure, traffic and goals. This became the roadmap for the project.
Decided which content to bring across.
We assessed the existing pages and content: what was still relevant? What should we keep? And what should we deliberately leave behind?
Wrote for different buyers.
Conversations with Kickscale provided the basis for the website copy. The messaging addressed the different priorities of sales leaders, company leaders and sales reps.
Aligned the design with the next stage of growth.
We developed a visual direction for a company looking to win larger customers. The focus was on presenting the product clearly and building a credible presence.
Built and launched in Webflow.
We implemented the agreed content and designs in Webflow and migrated the website. The new site went live in August 2025.
More traffic. More demo requests.
In the customer video, Markus reports that website traffic and demo requests doubled. Quality matters to him too: enquiries from real companies with a relevant problem, rather than spam submissions.
These results are based on information provided by Kickscale. The comparison period and underlying figures still need to be confirmed.
Your product is ready for larger customers. Is your website?
Your first website was there to get your company off the ground. Since then, your product, team and customers have evolved.
Now, different buyers need to understand the value. Your website needs to show the company they will actually be working with. And you need a clear plan for getting there.
