The target matters more than the source

Which platform fits depends on how your team maintains pages and builds new ones.

For your marketing

What keeps running for your marketing

Rankings are only one part. We also protect everything your team uses to measure leads and pipeline.

Tracking and attribution

GA4, the tag manager, UTM parameters and conversion events keep running from day one. Before launch we compare every event on staging with the old site.

Forms and CRM

Fields, hidden fields for the lead source and the handover to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive stay the same. We check test leads right in the CRM.

Demo booking

Demo and contact pages, calendars like HubSpot Meetings, Calendly or Chili Piper and your chat stay in place. Old demo URLs from ads, emails and sales decks redirect straight to the new page.

Visibility in AI search

Structured data, clear headings and an up-to-date sitemap are in place from launch. That helps Google and AI search like ChatGPT or Perplexity find your pages again quickly.

Frequently asked questions
about website migration

What B2B SaaS teams ask most before switching platforms.

What does a website migration include?

URL inventory, export of content and files, build on the new platform, a complete 301 redirect plan, SEO parity on every page and monitoring after launch. A redesign is possible, but not required.

Will we lose rankings in the migration?

Not if URLs, redirects and on-page SEO are in place before launch. Some fluctuation in the first days is normal. If a drop persists, a redirect is usually missing and that is exactly what we check every day.

How long does a migration take?

It depends on page count, CMS scope and integrations and on whether you combine the move with a relaunch. You get a concrete timeline after the URL inventory.

How much does a website migration cost?

A full relaunch with positioning, copy, design and build typically costs €40,000–60,000 net, less or more depending on scope. A pure migration costs less. We agree the scope in the call and then set a fixed price.

Can we redesign the site at the same time?

Yes. Either move first and improve afterwards, or do both together. Either way, the URL plan and SEO parity are fixed before design starts.

Webflow or Astro: which one fits us?

Webflow fits if your marketing team builds and maintains pages visually. Astro fits if you want to own the code and work with AI agents. We are a Webflow Enterprise Partner and build AI-native websites with Astro, so we recommend what fits your team.

Can our team maintain the site ourselves afterwards?

Yes. In Webflow, your team works in the visual editor. With Astro, it maintains content in Sanity and describes larger changes to an AI workflow that produces a preview for approval. Onboarding is part of the project.

Which migration
is next for you?

Tell us which platform your website runs on today and what your team should be able to do on its own. In the call, we clarify goal, scope and timeline.
