Webflow Enterprise Partner

Where most teams start

SaaS websites grow with every product.
Usually without a shared plan.

New modules, markets and acquisitions get added. Product marketing, regions and sales add pages their own way. A new design changes little about that. So we start with structure, languages and ownership, then set them up in Webflow Enterprise.

Releases reach the website late

The product ships something new every month. Features show up on the website weeks later, often not at all in other languages.

Small changes turn into IT tickets

Marketing waits for developers because templates are missing or the CMS needs training to use.

Security questions land with sales

Procurement and IT ask about data protection, certificates and accessibility. The answers are scattered across PDFs and emails.

Our Webflow partner status

Webflow Enterprise Partner.
For websites with many stakeholders.

Since August 2026, path digital has been one of the first three Webflow Enterprise Partners in Germany.

For you, that means we use Webflow's enterprise features where they take work off your team.

More about our Enterprise status

Roles and approvals

We define who creates, reviews and publishes content. In Webflow Enterprise we set this up with roles, publishing workflows and single sign-on.

Languages and markets

With Webflow Localization your team manages language versions, local content and hreflang in one project. Translations follow a fixed workflow.

Operations and support

Hosting with an uptime SLA, page branching for larger changes and direct support from Webflow come with Enterprise.

Migration to Webflow Enterprise

From WordPress, TYPO3 or HubSpot
to Webflow Enterprise

Large websites rarely just move pages. We carry over content, language versions and forms, map old URLs to the new pages and plan 301 redirects for every market.

Before launch we check links, hreflang and the agreed integrations. Our migration pages show how the move from your system works.

Discuss your migration

Data protection, security and accessibility

Compliance belongs in the plan.
From day one.

Enterprise customers also review their vendor's website. We clarify what IT and legal need early on. If you like, we add a trust center page where procurement and IT find certificates and policies.

Data protection and GDPR

We set up consent, tracking and forms in line with GDPR. For hosting, Webflow provides a data processing agreement.

Security and access

Single sign-on, roles and audit logs control access. For security reviews, Webflow provides evidence such as its SOC 2 report.

Accessibility

We plan contrast, keyboard use, alt text and page structure according to WCAG. That helps with tenders and the European Accessibility Act.

Website upkeep across many markets

The next market
doesn't need a new relaunch

We shape Webflow CMS and templates around your editors' tasks. What holds the brand together stays central. What a market needs changes locally.

Add a language

With Webflow Localization, new language versions start from existing pages. Structure and design stay the same and translation follows the agreed workflow.

Build launch pages

Product marketing and country teams build launch and campaign pages from approved building blocks. Central marketing keeps the overview.

Approve changes safely

Drafts are reviewed in Webflow before they go live. Roles in the workspace define who is allowed to publish.

Project timeline

From kickoff to launch.
In 12 weeks.

This is how a typical relaunch runs. Depending on scope, yours takes 12–20 weeks. Your team invests about 2–4 hours a week at the start.

Questions about
enterprise websites

Answers for marketing, IT and leadership: from choosing a platform to running the website across many markets.

What does an enterprise website agency do?

An enterprise website agency plans, designs and builds websites for large companies with many pages, languages and stakeholders. Besides design and development, this covers information architecture, governance, compliance, migration and alignment with IT. path digital focuses on B2B SaaS companies and starts with positioning and messaging.

When does an enterprise website make sense?

When several products, markets or languages come together on one website and several teams work on it. Typical signs are features that reach the website late, inconsistent country pages and unclear approvals. A small website run by one team usually doesn't need this effort.

Webflow Enterprise or headless CMS: which fits better?

Webflow Enterprise suits many marketing websites with several languages and editorial teams. If content comes from many systems or you need very custom logic, a headless CMS such as Sanity with Astro can fit better. We recommend the stack after reviewing your setup.

Which features does Webflow Enterprise include?

Webflow Enterprise adds features such as single sign-on, advanced roles and publishing workflows, page branching, higher CMS limits, audit logs, an uptime SLA and direct support to the standard Webflow plans. Which of them your team really needs is something we work out in the initial review.

How is a multilingual website built?

First we define markets, languages and URL structure. Then we plan which content stays central and which is adapted locally. In the CMS we set up language versions, hreflang and a translation workflow. Whether translations come from your team, an agency or AI support is something we agree with you.

How do we keep SEO rankings during the migration?

We map all relevant old URLs to the new pages and plan 301 redirects. We carry over or improve page titles, descriptions and hreflang. Before launch we check redirects and links. Some fluctuation after a relaunch can't be ruled out entirely. A clean migration keeps it small.

How does path digital work with our IT?

We involve IT early. Hosting, access, single sign-on, data flows and integrations are agreed before the build and documented. We answer security review questions together with you where they concern the website.

Is the website GDPR-compliant and accessible?

We set up consent, tracking and forms in line with GDPR and plan accessibility according to WCAG from the start. For hosting, Webflow provides a data processing agreement. Any further requirements from your legal team are clarified before the build.

Is path digital big enough for an enterprise project?

We deliberately work as a small team with few parallel projects. For you, that means direct contacts from concept to launch. Translations, legal copy or special systems are planned in together with your teams and service providers.

How much does an enterprise website cost?

A full relaunch with strategy, copy, design and development typically costs €40,000–60,000 excl. VAT with us. Depending on scope it can be less or more. We agree the scope in a call and then set a fixed price. Platform and licence costs are extra.

How long does an enterprise relaunch take?

We usually plan 12–20 weeks for a full relaunch. Many languages, markets and integrations extend the timeline. If you like, a core market goes live first and further languages follow.

Do we need a Webflow Enterprise plan?

Not necessarily. Our agency's partner status is independent of your website's plan. We review languages, editorial teams, access and other requirements and recommend the right Webflow plan or another platform.

Is there support after launch?

Yes. With a Growth Partnership we keep developing the website: new pages, new markets and targeted improvements. Your teams can also run the website on their own after handover.
